Teresa Henderson

Teresa Henderson is a Social Services Coordinator for the Immigrant Children & Youth (ICY) Program. Before joining GHIRP, she worked as a Survivor Advocate and Case Manager with survivors of crimes, and as a Legal Assistant and Youth Care Worker with Unaccompanied Children. Teresa is a first-generation college graduate. She received both her undergraduate degree and a Master of Science in Victim Services Management from Sam Houston State University. Teresa has been working in the non-profit field since 2018, where she has found her passion in advocating for the immigrant community. She believes that no voice should be left unheard.
